The company derma juvenate has offered me a sample of a facial cream for 4.29$ which I have paid with my credit card and they sent it but it was broken and not usable.

And they took $101.73 on my card without asking me; i have received the bill but no product and i never ask for it anyway.

is there anything i can do to recover my money?

DERMA-JUVENATE I too ordered the 'trial' bottles of this product. They DON'T work at all and I cancelled bothwithin the time limit. I have 2 RMA numbers from the company, which is their return product numbers, plus the name and employee numbers of the people I spoke DERMAJUVENATE RIP OFF LARGO FLORIDA

Derma Juvenate I ordered the 'trial' of Derma-juvienate and a month later I was charged $104.00 Canadian for the trial tube. I was charge 2 more times $114.00 CD. Derma juvenate I applied for a trial of their product and now am sent a monthly supply at 100$ per month. Ther is no way to contact them to cancel this order that was not at all as it was represented. There is no contact information for them anywhere.
