Derma Juvenate I ordered the 'trial' of Derma-juvienate and a month later I was charged $104.00 Canadian for the trial tube. I was charge 2 more times $114.00 CD. I want my Money back as I did not give permission for this company to take this amount. Is there anything further I can do. I have cancelled my order. Boca Raton FL FL

I thought I was subscribing for a 'free trial offer' of Derma Juvenate. I was charged $3.99 for shipping and handling and $89.71 USD for the bottle of Derma Juvenate on my credit card. The website did not clearly indicate that I would be charged monthly $89.71 USD or $114.00 CDN for the "sample bottle" of Derma Juvenate. It was not clear you had 14 days from the date you place your order with to evaluate the product and send the product back or they will continue to charge your CC. They do not send the return shipping slip or provide you with a number to cancel receiving future shipments.  When I was able to contact Derma Juvenate requesting their voluntary cooperation reimbursing me for the product I only received the 1st 'sample' I was told there was no place to send the product back to, there was no return shipping slip and I could not speak with a Supervisor. VISA has many complaints about this scam on file. I'm just another.
