Derma Juvenate k Boca Raton Florida

I feel this was a real rip-off!! The offer was to send for a FREE sample of ;Derma Juvenate and  did receive a  rather  elegant bottle of a product. At the same time my Master Card Statement arrived and I had been billed for $103.15 on Oct 6th. I know now that  I should have phoned then but I did not have the box or papers for the address info. Then the second "sample " arrived and a few weeks later my master card  statement ariive with a billing on Nov. 3 for $109.99. I was appalled!! but now I had an address from the box and had a conversation with the complaint  dept and after much disscusssion they have agreed to refund me $60. I am still very upset about this but am grateful for at least for something.

I requested the name of of the magazine that the add had beenin because i wanted to check. I have checked my current  supply and have not found one ad. I know that I would not have ordered from  an American address and given my Mastercard no. to a "foreign address' and I refuse to pay the postage dto return the two bottles.....worth $212.oo Prsetty expensive face cream!!!! Especially for someone who spends  very little on cosmetics.
