Diamond Nexus Yep! I fell for it!!! Internet

I thought I had done my homework. Well, actually I did but the information on their website is full of lies.

• I bought a 1,400.00 "diamond" ring from Nexus Diamonds. They claim it is lab grown and that "a jeweler can't tell the difference" and that "it is as hard as a diamond" and that "it will last forever" yada yada........but after a year I took it into a jeweler who said it was a CZ. So I took it to another jeweler, (both big companies) and he said the same and that it was wearing off at the edges. I wrote the company to complain and asked for my money back. They said that I could only get it back after 30 days and I told them that their claims weren't true and then I didn't hear back from them. 
• They do tons of advertising and must be fooling a lot of people out there. 
• Why havnt these guys been shut down yet?
• They even claim they have a A+ with the BBB which is also a lie!
