I saw and advertisement via email and I responded to a free offer or so I thought. 2 weeks and a day after I received the product (that has not worked) I was billed an additional $89.97 that I did not authorize. I called them on the phone and at first they were unwilling to offer any refund, then when I threatened to file a small claims action I was offered a 30% refund and then I complained a little more and was offered a 50% refund I accepted that at the moment. I asked for the corporate address and the name of the president of their company and she (Serena ID#22) was not allowed to give me that imformation. What a scam these folks are running. I am still thinking of pursuing a small claims action for the remainder of the charges.
