I went to their site to see what they were all about. I started to fill out the form and then cancelled it. They turned around and called me not me them, and offered me the $1.95 offer for their so-called 14 day trial period. I called in what I thought was the window for the 14 day trial, I called them in 10 days and cancelled my monthly order as the product is garbage. I called and talked to 2 people with the same answeres, "we cant refund your money" you called outside of the 14 day trial. So I called back and got another person that was more than happy to help me. I had asked the other 2 to let me talk to a Manager and they refused to transfer me or email a manager, this man Angel did just that and was able to get me a refund of 75%. I will never trust online offers again. Now I will see if they actually refund my money today as promised.
