I sent an iPhone to DigiExpress for repair. I had problems contacting them after I sent it in, but eventually they answered my call and I had it repaired at an expense exceeding $100.00.
Less than one month after receiving the phone back, a new part they installed failed completely. I called them because they offer a lifetime guarantee. I have called 6 times, waited on hold for several minutes and each time transferred to voice mail as no one answered the phone. I have also e-mailed and received NO response.
Their customer support is NON-existent.
Apparently their business practice is to install substandard parts and then ignore the customer. I have seen other posts regarding the same issue, so this is NOT an isolated incident.
They have a very professional looking website and people can be easily conned into sending their devices to them for repair.
DO NOT be fooled. I am posting this to hopefully prevent other consumers from being a victim of this company !

DigiExpress has excellent customer service!

There was a brief period of time that our phone system was not working properly. This customer may have experience problems during that time, so I would not want do discredit his/her statement. However, if an effort to better service our customers, we had to expand our phone which caused some problems that were beyond our control. Fortunately it has been taken care of, and it is no longer an issue.
As for the 'substandard parts' we order parts from the same manufacturers that the OEM company does. We do not make the parts, but we do back most parts with a warranty, all you have to do is call in and ask. We pride ourselves on our customer service record and will continue to strive for excellence.
The issue with the 'Rip off Reports' is that you are hearing a very
biased side of the story, which is usually embellished to make it more
interesting. Unfortunately, we pay the price by losing business. But if
you do the math, you will see that we are doing a pretty good job...
