Digital River GmbH Unauthorized systemmatic deductions from my Paypal account , Internet

My bank called and and asked I I authorized systemmatic $ transfers from my Paypal acount. I denied any auth and did get my  money returned -- see below:

to be credited to your card depending on the relevant card issuer.
