directbuy is a "buying club" supposedly, when in fact they are a $5000 rip-off promising huge savings on anything and everything, sales pitches are practiced and perfected and all that is done to get your money, $5000 to be exact, they want you to sign a contract which they claim is un-breakable, not true, the sc. states att. has taken issue with this company.
and so has the south carolina senate commity on consumer affairs. these people don't save consumers a dime , but rather take 5000 of yours , avoid these people like the plague

if you feel strongly about this confront the manager away from the business ( with a few friends) and "convince " the person its in their best interest to refund your money
its time for persons to keeep scum like this from ripping off people

directbuy of fort mill owner has already responded, we were told when the complaints were dicussed that he would just make it hard on us, we weren't getting out of the contract, and we could look forward to a hard road ahead and we were getting our money back.
direct buy corporate told us they knew nothing and couldn't find anything concerning our contract or membership and to check back in a month or so and they would probably have the paperwork by then.
we were simply pissed off at the lack of give a d**n, however, a magistrate judge didn't think we should have been ignored, not did he think it was right to continue the contract, he sighted fraud , unfaiir and deceptive business practices and ordered all contracts null and void.
