This company has been around for a long time, they just decided to get into the travel thing. They offered us a couple free trips if we signed up for there travel thing. They stated you could get deals at resorts for $49.00 a week and so on. We paid almost $4000.00 for a 3 year membership. Well, the free cruise, after port charges and other costs, we could get a better deal on Travelocity then the free cruise? The $49.00 deals come up once a week and there is only a few, which seem to be gone in a matter of seconds? I told them I wanted my money back, the stated I had 3 days after signing the contract to cancel. Of course it took weeks to be able to log into the web site and find out the true information. I would warn anyone thinking of joining this travel club to give it a second thought.......it's a big ripoff

Thanks to the general manager, Tom at Direct Buy, they have promised to refund our money. It's good to see a company give good customer service.
