Dish Network Satellite TV Dish lied about their charges, took my account over from ATT without my consent and triple the charges and was very hard to cancel. They lie about their names and IDs I will never hire them again. Palatine Illinois

Dish Network, what a horrible experience! They start out by making you believe that they are the best company and their rates beats any other company. All is a lie, they triple charge me, you can't understand their bill and their charges, they gave me false information from the representative name and ID to the charges.

Was imposible to cancel, paid a huge termination fees, send back their equipments receivers, remotes extra.. brought account to ZERO - Yet 2 month later they sent another bill for $20.25 for unpaid balance, and they keep on calling me and harrassing to pay that balance through automated system.

I called and tried to dispute the charges, they adamentaly refused to cooperate and said those charges were credit to your account, but since you canceled we will need to collect those credit back, like it or not. You must pay it back.

I paid it and request that they never contact me again and to stop harrassing me by phone. The rep. said yes, we won't. Yet again this morning, the automated system called me again and requesting a payment which was already paid.

It's very unprofessional, very expensive, decieving and dishonest.
