Dish network satellite tv. Rip off!! Internet

Had dish network talk me in to signing up with them for half the price I was paying from competitor. Had the service for 5 days and had nothing but trouble. No where near the service we were getting from other satellite company. Called daily to try to get this resolved and didn't get much help. Finally after the 5th day decided just to cancel due to very dissatisfied with service and customer service and was told there would be 420.00 early termination fee only for having 5 days with unsatisfactory service.

Was told then that they had a 3 day grace period. But was never told that by rep or anyone else i spoke to every day for the 5 days that was having the problems. Finally after they sent a rep out after 7 days to try to resolve the problem, they only switched the problem from one tv to the other and told me the only way to resolve the problem was to get a second reciever which will charge me more money. Very dissatisfied customer and think I will just pay the etf just to get away from this company!!! Never would recommend them to anyone!!!
