Dish TV Dish TV Network salesman quoted one price - billed higher price. Customer Service gives no solution. Palatine Illinois

We were quoted a price of $52.16 for first month then $37.13 for month 2-12 then it is to be $57.13 per month.  We paid the $52.16 then received a bill for $52.16 for month 2.  Have talked to Christine in Denver on 12/13/12 and was assured a credit would be issued on billing to please ck online.  No credit has shown as yet.  Talked to several others in Customer Service and same song.  They said we did not sign up for the $15.00 credit special cupon.  We looked for a cupon indicator online and as yet have not found it.  If they make you a price they should honor it.  No trust in this Company.
