Dish bait and switch, early termination fee, bundled product requested only tv provided, request for contract denied, poor customer service,no return calls from management Portland Oregon

I ordered a bundled service for high speed interent and dish tv on August 13th.  The company was never able to provide the internet after they hooked up our dish tv on August 15th. Aftter waiting almost 3 weeks for my internet hook up, I cancelled all services with the company on August 28th, 2013.  I was told a manager would contact me and one never did.  Both my husband & I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter.  We were told by customer service that we would have to pay an early termination fee, $514.00, pay to send back our equipment $17.00 each.  I told them I refused to pay for a product I never receieved.  I recently receieved a final bill from dish for $514.00 for termination fees.  I have worked in customer service for years and this is a classic example of bait and switch to make you sign a 2 year agreement.  Both my husband & I had requested to see a copy of the contract which was never sent to either of us.  We are disappointed with our treatment from Dish.  I know they would have taken that money out of our account if I had not closed the account.  I know the next step they will take will be towards collections. I feel that they are not treating their clients correctly and just charging them. This is unexecptable.
