DishNet; Dish.com Failure to make full disclosures Colorado

In 2013 I moved to AZ and contracted with Dish to provide Inernet and TV services.  While I do not have a problem with their TV service, their Internet is horrible.  

First they do not tell you about the 10mb limit and what will happen if you go over and they fail to tell you about the Latency/Lag issues plaguing their Service.  When I originally contacted them, a representative informed me 'that's the way it is, live with it'  WOW!

I lived in a small farming community with 1 mb of satellite internet serevice from a small company over 100 miles away and NEVER had Latency/Lag issues, they were honest, informative and reliable.  Dish on the other hand has been the least informative of their limitations and after they have you locked in, they do not care.  "that's the way it is."  After my contract is up, never again.  They also have a Sister Comapany, called Hughes Net, even worse.
