Doba - Drop Shipping Company Misrepresentation of Service Orem Utah

Misrepresentation and business practice with regards to available items. Doba represents that items are available for purchase through suppliers however when you place the order the supplier comes back and says it's unavailable. Leaving me to then have to find the items elsewhere and lose money in order to fulfill by buyers order. As a customer we are always updating our records based of the amount they show available. I don't see how they can misrepresent what's available and expect people to stay on as customers. I contacted customer service and asked for a prorated refund of the $399 I paid for the 15 month membership and was refused. I also was told that if I dispute the charge on my credit card they will cancel my account and keep the money. I'm a reasonable person and just want what I've paid for. If I'm working hard to make sure that the inventory I'm representing is accurate based on their representation. They should be held liable for the same however they don't think so. When I asked to speak to a manager I was refused and told the only way to speak with a manger was to email them.
