Dollar Rent a Car we made a reservation which they lost- after arrival from N.C. They rented us a car and quoted us a rate. We went to turn the car in and they had not honored their rt! whats more the girl at the count charlotte amalie, St. Thomas

we went to St. Thomas for our anniversary and made a reservation online with Dollar rent a car in the USVI. when we got there they had lost our reservation. ok so we just walked in and got one. we agreed on a price with the customer service representive on the phone but when we returned the car they really overcharged us! It wasnt at all what we agreed to! then the girl at thew counter was so rude!

 I asked her name and she told me not to worry about it! we told them we would pay what we agreed to but they wouldnt listen! They were so rude my Husband and I just walked out and didn't sign the payment slip as we plan to fight the charges! we will never use this co. again and anyone else who does needs to be very careful and get everything in writing or just use another company!
