dollar rent a car bait and switch dayton, Ohio

i confirmed my rental with dollar rent a car 3 months before i picked up the vehicle..they promised on the confermation that either a dodge charger or similar car,when i went to get the car,they where out of stock,but they had a upgrade to a chrsler 300.i went outside to call other rent  a cars but they where all sold out to to the ham radio show.so as you see i had no choice but to walk or uprade to the 300,which was ten dollars more a day.i call that bait and switch,i was waiting to get my bill from amex to disput the charge...news flash..i filled up the car 4 miles from the dropoff point.i just recieved on 6-13- a letter that they were charging my card an addition 28.75 for gas.it is amazing that when the person got into the car and looked at the gas gauge it was full....i would rather rent a horse than use them again..renters beware....they give you the lowest price but wack you at the end..
