Dollar Rent A Car Desk Representative Lied about Upgrade Charges and Rental Fees Las Vegas Nevada

When checking in to pickup rent A Car booked for AN PAID IN ADVANCE by Orbitz, I was informed they screwed me by charging me $33 per day for a compact but I could have an Impala for just $20 per day.  I specifically stated I did not want to upgrade and he slickly lied and said we had not paid for the rent a car yet and the only fee we would pay would be $20 per day in total for the car.  I was suspicious when I had to pay the $188 in total extra fees but when he showed me the screen on his computer it simply stated I was renting a car for 20 bucks a day. 

When I arrived home in the fine print of the nearly impossible to read receipt it clearly states upgrade fee.  Outraged I called Orbitz who informed me that I had infact paid a highly inflated price in the vacation package for the compact car in advance and in fact the counter representative lied to me.  the transaction # was ra# 5f946628-4 and there is no listing of who the salesman/liar was. 

he spoke horribly of orbitz and said they regularly rip people off by booking their rentacars through them and i guess in part thats true but i was clearly lied to and had $188.87 stlen from me.  my wife an i would have been perfectly happy in the original car that was already paid for.  he directly lied about the type and nature of this transaction as well as defamed a company that routinely lines his company's pockets.  there is also a Cls: EDAR listing which may describe who did this.  Of course Orbitz can't help which we found after our horrible vacation booked through them is par for the course.
