First they are so understaffed we had to spend 90 minutes in line and doing paperwork.  They they did the whole ripoff-insurance upsell thing, even though we told them our insurance covered everything - on and on and on! And incomprehensible explanations about the toll package (why pay what sounded like $10/day when there are only $3 in tolls to and from the condo - on only the first and last days of the trip???) and refueling charges (we always bring it back full - did NOT need to waste 10 minutes saying NO  NO  NO!).  And they they would not cover the spouse driving, only 1 driver!!!
When we got to the garage, the employee sent us to the mid-size SUV line when we rented a mid-size car.  So had to straighten that out.  Too few employees and lousy service!
