No answers to where our container is when it will arrive NOTHING! Calles are never returned faxes and e-mails ignored We relocated to Australia and have not seen our stuff for 3 month now Coral Springs Florida

We selected Dolphin International Shipping over the Internet and checked them out on the Better Business Bureau , there where no complains files at the time. We got very good customer service and proceeded to have our Household belongings sent to Australia from SC. We paid in full and our 40" Container was picked up Aug 16. 04 .

After that we heard nothing! We tried dayly to contact Kathryn Kaiser and where allways told by Kelly Love that she was in Chicago and that nobody else had the info we wanted. We sent e-mails , faxed, callled every other day for month and still nothing. We found out in october with help of our friends back in the US that our stuff was somewhere in South Africa and that is was on its way to Australia, allmost 3 month later! We then contated the Steamshipline and found out that our container is to port soon but that they will not give us our belongings until we pay them $ 3880.00!

They where never payed by Dolphin and now they hold our stuff hostage until we pay up. So now we will have to pay double and Dolphin is having a good time with our money! This is a big rip of ! NEVER do business with this company or any of it's crooks. I will file a complain with the Miami FBI and FMC today. I hope they will pay for all the misery they have put us and all the other people through.
