Dominion Towing Negligent and Damaged my vehicle fairfax, Virginia

Dominion Towing towed my car from Wedgewood apartments after midnight for expired tags. I was parallel parked. I paid the fine to pick up my car from their lot. I noticed the under carriage and suspension had been damaged on my way home. .The car was barely drivable especially on rough pavement. I have not taken it to a mechanic yet but it feels as if the suspension arms have been bent. They were negligent in their towing and carelessly pulled out my vehicle from the tight spot I was parked at. The tire rubs against the car when I drive and  the alighment is way off. I will find out more when I have it checked out tommorow.

Dominion has agreed to mediate any complaints ( states it on the bottom of the receipt). I will file complaint through Fairfax county. If there is not a favorable decision I will file lawsuit.  This is not the first time and I am not the first person to be complaining. This company needs to have its license taken away. They are very negligent in their business and do not know how to tow a car properly.
