Dominion Towing Darrell W. Coffey Extensive damage to my car while breaking in to tow it. Stafford, Virginia

I had to leave my vehicle in a shopping center parking lot for several hours and it was towed away by Dominion Towing Co.
When I got to his facility to pick up my car, I noticed damage to the passenger side door.  The owner of the business denied doing it. 
Upon closer inspection, it was evident that he got inside my car in order to put it in neutral (vehicle is an AWD) in order to get it on the rollback.
There are scratches outside on both doors, on the inside of the door jamb, and on the gear console where he had to jamb something into the button in order to activate it. 
He claimed that someone else must have tried to break into the car before he got to it.  But I had inadvertently left my purse in the backseat and nothing was missing out of it (thank goodness!)
