On 09-10-09 at about 6:52pm I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza from Domino's Pizza online.


But I got a vegetable pizza instead, so I called the store located at 95-28 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374 Across from Accross from Sears mall in rego park. | 718-896-1717. 


As soon as I said you sent the wrong pizza, the Indian guy who runs the store put me on hold hoping I go away. I stayed on the line until he answered again. When I told the Indian guy he sent the wrong pizza, he tried to be a wise guy telling me: "I can't hear you, you're breaking up, so I cannot do anything for you, I can't understand what you're saying, raise your voice!"


At that point I decided to get my credit and forget about the pizza. So, I told him to come pick up his wrong Vegetable pizza and credit my CC with the money I paid for nothing.


That's when the Indian Guy who runs this store so poorly yelled at me: "YOU GONNA HAVE TO EAT THAT PIZZA BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO PICK IT UP, AND I WONT GIVE YOU CREDIT EITHER MOTHER EFER!


I warned him again to pick up his wrong pizza and give me credit for the charges, he kept cursing at me and hang up.


He did followed his promise because he didn't sent anyone to pick up this wrong pizza and he didn't give me credit either.


DOMINO'S PIZZA robbed me $18.21 because I returned the wrong pizza but Domino's Pizza didn't give me my money back.

DOMINO'S PIZZA Customer Service swiftly responded to my concerns while I was filing the Report at RipOffReport.com. Thus, I am absolutely satisfied with the prompt actions taken to correct the bad experience I reported. Furthermore, I am amazed for the exceptional care provided by the NY area team of Executives.

As soon as I posted this complaint I noticed there was already an email waiting on my mailbox from the Domino's Pizza Customer Service Online Tem. It is a shame I didn't noticed the email before filing the report. That's why I am filing this update.

Domino's Pizza Online Customer Service Team immediately provided me with the contact information of the Regional Executives. Domino's Pizza Online Team also reassured me they will resolve the issue by the end of the day, which they did.

In addition, Dominos Pizza Team upheld their Company's prestigious name because they immediately refunded my money, offered to replaced my order for free, and genuinly apologized for what it appeared to be an isolated incident caused by someone who doesn't deserve to belong to the exceptional Domino's Pizza family.

I like to praise Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Machin, and Ms. Haffey who showed me they really care about their customers as much as they care about their great company Domino's Pizza.

I like to add that I grew up eating Domino's Pizza, I went through college finals feeding my brain with Domino's Pizza, and my entire family has done the same. We absolutely love the product and now we love the concept behind it because we are also appreciated as customers. We actually feel as we are part of the Domino's Pizza family.
