When checking my Regions account today, I found 3 boggus charges in the amount of $28.97 each. All three charges appear as DRI*Element5.C; I called my bank, and filed a report with the Birmingham, Al., branch, since it is Saturday. This evidently is a 'fraud rip-off', as I did a google search, and foung several reports attesting to the same.
I was told by the customer service department of Regions Bank there, that I have to contact my bank on Monday, to report this. I plan on filing a report with the sheriff's department here in my county, also on Monday morning. I plan to get to the bottom of this, I can assure you! I advise everyone to monitor their bank accounts and credit card accounts, and beware of this company. I am going to find out where they are located, and file charges against them.

I have done some research, by phone, etc., and found this company. The lady that I spoke to there, informed me that I purchased three games,known as; "Tibia.com" , three times at $28.97. After explaining that I am the only user on this computer, and getting very angry, she told me that these charges would be reversed. I had to do a google search on this, in order to locate the company, and then after calling an 800 number in Australia....I was given the correct number to call. Their number, I am glad to share is 1-800-406-4966!! This comoany is a 'rip-off', and I plan to further investigate, how that obtained by card number! I had to cancel this card, and now have to wait for a new one!
