I found an unauthorized $29.99 change from DRI*ELEMENT5.COM on my checking account. - I don't recall using my M/C Debit card on-line and I shred all my documents = not sure how DRI*ELEMENT5.COM got my info. I looked up the company name DRI*ELEMENTS.COM and found pages of reported fraudulent changes some including multiple changes. I immediately canceled my ATM card to get a new number.
Looking at the multiple fraud reports PCTOOLS seems to be involved with this. Reading the reports involving PCTOOLS I also am having problems with my computer running slow and even when I'm not using my computer it sounds like things are running or downloading. In my case I had an e-mail from PCTOOLS this week but deleted it, so now I need to locate the bug and squish it.
This sounds like a renewed subscription scam involving DRI*ELEMENT5.COM, PCTOOLS & Spyware Doctor - I hate free things that end up being a pain in the butt like this.

I contacted PCTOOLS about the not wanting and unknowing getting Spyware Doctor renewed and am having my charges reversed - Be careful when I went to PCTOOLS to see if I had a account with them my inquiry activated an account - I will be making sure I get my refund - Just when I thought I had all my surprise charges uncovered.
