Just FYI for now.

If Drive time or any other company starts calling you at work or at home or your referrals, morning, noon or night.

Notify the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-Help or ftc.gov and your local consumer affairs office.

Be sure to have all of your information with you on the company you are filing your complaint about.


Once you have made your complaint, the FTC will tell you to notify the company and their corportate office by certified letter stating they can no longer contact you or anybody else on your credit application, referral list, or your any family member or any body they may have gotten from information they may have gathered.

Simple, after that it is up to the Federal Trade Commission.

You do need to keep in mind this has become an onging investigation into the company and their conduct. So keep a log book of every time they call you or anyone on the list.
