Andrea, I hate to be the bearer of bad knews but your doomed. I have fought DSS for over 3 years and everything they do, if they have nothing on you, it will be made up. Every thing yu say and do without an attorney, is an exposure for you.

The DSS organization is a legalized child theft org and a HUGE cash cow backed by the gov. Their marketing product, is your child and they aim to seal a deal that will keep the sponsored gov money keeping them fat, dumb and happy at your childs expense. The children are the pawns and the children's families, well, you will be tossed around like a rag doll and your child sold into slavery. Now you know

Protect, love and do right by that baby with all you can, and I promise I pray for you both!! I don't know anyone personally who has ever had issue with having their child removed (or a threat of) from their home, and it's unthinkable to me!!

My only child is just four years old, and stories like yours just scare me to the very core. I imagine how you probably barely sleep at night, and think how sick and cruel and unfair the world must seem to you. And if everything you say is true, then really I pray- God help you. So horrific; a program started to help children who really need it and then to see that it can go so very wrong.

Please be strong, okay, Andrea!! I hope you can reconcile with your daughter's father- and if not, I'm sure that there is a good reason for that choice. Be so careful about introducing new people into her life- men or women (friends or otherwise)!! The world is a scary scary place.

I've only written about 5 comments on rip-off report ever, including yours, so I really am heart-felt and wish you well- please believe me. Children are a very precious commodity. (I never felt that way myself as a child, but you can guarantee my child does and will!)

I wish you both luck, and my thoughts an prayers are with your daughter. What a terrible traumatic thing for her to have to go through- it breaks my heart.

I'm also a mother and I was confused a bit by the first part of the report, where you stated the man you were seeing was "hitting on" your daughter. You do mean making sexual advances, correct? Or do you mean actually physically beating?

And depending which of these you were referring to, I was wondering the age of your daughter...?

well they came and seen the house and they gave our daughter back to us ONLY TILL THE NEXT HEARING which is aug 17 we pray that they dont take her back bc i dont know if i can handle it,. so everyday till then we live our lives with her as it may be the last we dont know yet so we pray for the best.....

well we went to the hearing to see if she can stay in our home till the next hearing, well dss agreed to come look at the house and if it passes then we get her tonight or in the morning...........pray for us!! thank you lord!!!!

oh i also failed to mention that me and my husband sat in the lobby of the dss office waiting for the meeting and a officer came out and basically went over our case in public..arent they NOT supose to do that???????? i think not..also we live with my husbands dad so this is his home, the night they took my daughter my father in law asked the cop 3 times what is this regaurding, the officer told him he doesnt have time to explain....well when stuff like this happens arent they supose to explain to the HOUSE OWNER what is taking place on their property???????? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?????????
