E-470 E470 they sent statements for 20 months, and we never received them, however we were paying tolls on this license plate all along and did not know we had a balance. Why wasn't our nearly 1000.00 balance on the website? They said they never got any statements returned. Sent us to collections. If you type in the license plate it does not bring up anything past due or in arrears, so we had no idea. Got a letter from collection lawyers on Feb 2, 2018. First we have ever seen of this bill. The amount in question is $559.00 in late fees.  We are not disputing the tolls!!!!  Over 20 months of not being able to send statements to us, even though we were paying tolls all along on this plate is ridiculous.  We had no idea there was a balance.  E-470 will not answer my calls or questions.  They put me on hold indefinately.  They hang up on me.  I have been trying since Feb 9, 2018, when I received this first statement from a collections agency to get this matter resolved, to no avail.  Why wasn't a hold put on this liscense plate so we couldn't get the tags?  The hold just got put on this plate in Feb, 2018!  If there had been a hold on the plate we would have known months and months ago that there was a problem and most of these fees wouldn't have applied.  Now, all of a sudden they put the hold on.  They are absolutely crafty at this!  They cover every single angle you can imagine and now they will not even speak with me as I have to give the liscense plate number associated with this account. They simply hang up the phone now.  It doesn's appear that anything is ever going to be done about E-470's billing problems.  All over the internet you see people complaining about this very problem yet they continue to do what they do.  If there is a class action suit, please let me know how I might get involved.
