I work for a dealership in South Carolina. We have a claim with Eagle Warranty that has not been paid for $500.99. Authorization# 29081340 - spoke with Joe at 1-800-735-2529 ext 2102.

Have faxed over invoice several time since 8/14/2009 with no response.

Recently fax stopped working and now phone is disconnected. I guess the company is out of business and we are out the $500.99.

Please use caution when deciding to purchase extended warranties. Do your consumer research before forking over your money.

My claim has been open since October.  They finally mailed 1 check to the repair shop just before Thanksgiving, it was written from a closed account.  After the shop called the Pennsylvania State Police and filed a complaint,  they wrote out another check from a different account, which I just found out today, also bounced.  Figures they'd go out of business now. . .

Your check is going to bounce

I'm sorry to be the one to give you the bad news but your check is going to bounce! I received my check for $650.73 on Nov. 30th and it bounced on Dec. 3rd. I doubt any of us are going to get paid because they are out of business. Don't hold your breath

OH MY GOSH... i FINALLY GOT PAID

I just wanted those of you that have an authorization number and have not been paid,that I received my check today.

Hopefully everyone else will get theirs soon as well.

My claim was dated 5/21/09

I dont know if it help me or not but when they quit taking my phone calls... I sent this company a fax almost daily with my authorization number and dollar amount and asked them where my money was!

After having been ripped off by this so called warranty company... we have found out that the when you get a warrranty from this company have them advise their customer that they must pay you up front and then be reimbursed by the warranty company since its their warranty company let them wait for their money.  

We have found that the works 95% of the time. And if NOT we DONT do anymore work for them.

Worst company ever.

They owe me over $1300 for 2 separate claims. One was from May of 2009, and the other from July 2009. I've called them over 20 times, and have been told "the checks will go out next week... next wednesday... very soon, etc." Do not believe a word they tell you. I've gotten the distinct impression that I'm simply being told anything to get me off the phone. To save you guys the trouble of being put on hold... Here are the extensions for the accountants that write the reimbursement checks...

Holly - Ext. 8002
Tracy - Ext. 3503
Nancy - Ext. 3001

I'm going to give them one more chance today, and then I'm calling a lawyer to take them to court. This is money that I NEEDED months ago to pay my rent. Save someone some trouble, tell everyone you know not to do business with this company.

One thing i will give eagle warranty credit for is.....THEY WILL AUTHORIZE ANY... TRYING GETTING YOUR MONEY IS ANOTHER!!!!!!

Eagle owes us $1,312.50

May be a class action lawsuit may be
