I just found out that Eagle is out of business and that the PA attorney general did freeze all funds company and personal (I think). I contacted DE. where I live and hope I can start something here. If anyone starts another case against them I am in!

i AM TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS AS OF THREE WEEKS AGO. THEY OWE ME TONS OF MONEY.

In my years of living, I have yet, until now, encounter a company so hideous than Eagle Warranty. This company should be placed out of business with the computers and desk given to charity and the "Owner" doing time behind bars in a Criminal infested facility (with no clean water). If this company feels that it is okay to place consumers on hold for great lengths at a time, or, to not return any calls regarding "My money", then I feel, as suggested by the other consumers, further actions should be taken on our part to put this company out of business.  I will be taking certain initiatives to start my own justification process (I hate a cheat and a liar)! EW owes me $1200.00, I have a authorization # along with a binding agreement from them. Justice is ours!!!!!!!!!

I too have been a victim of Eagle Warranty.  They owe my almost $7,000.  I've been promised payment several times.  Even from the owner of the company.
