Dear Consumer,
Stay away from this company.
Why: I had an automobile warantee with this company that I paid $800 for. I had some minor repair work needed $250 worth that was listed in the contract as being covered.
As per the contract, when I had the estimate I contacted EAGLE WARRANTY CORP. to submit the paperwork to be compensated.
I was received in the worst way. I was insulted! told to get off my high horse?
and barraged with insults yelled at and very mistreated. I could not believed my ears.
I tried to get the toyota dealership to call to reason with them and the poor cashier was almost in tears, they had barraged her too.
Their method to deal with complaints is to yell at you, attack you, insult you
and get you off the phone so they won't have to pay for anything.
And it worked. They still have my money.
They Humiliated me.
I tried to contact their office for a refund of policy and sent them a letter
that I wanted to terminate my contract and be issued a refund. Guess what they did. They terminated the contract and kept my money.
I supposedly spoke to the vice president several times and it was he who spoke to me the worst.
The dealership that sold me the policy was so angry with them he vied never to work with them again.
My mistake was that I had paid them in cash.
Pay everything you can with your credit cards.
When there is a dispute the credit card companies will deal with them and they have lots of lawyers. Lawyers the
average consumer can't and shouldn't pay for.
Please learn from my mistake.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EAGLE WARRANTY!
They are crooks!

I have not heard of the original poster's complaint previous to this; we probably could have resolved this without turning to this forum. My retort involves the former employee. This individual is one of three former TX employees with Eagle.
I can rule one out but two are very strong possibilities. Looking at the date, I will venture that the former "road employee" who had no knowledge of the product he had been offering to the dealers/public had not been attentive enough to find this site. Who is left? An office employee with a checkered past that is not as clever as he had thought. He loves Honda's though!! That employee had been the pot calling the kettle black, to say the least. Sorry to ramble folks, but if you have legitimate concerns like the original poster of this thread, contact the executive management at Eagle. We will gladly assist you when possible.

If you call this company with a complaint they take it personal. When you complain they think you are attacking them not the company. they are all rude and could care less about the customer
