The Eagle Warranty Corporation Have not paid a claim they authorized to us an auto repair shop Eynon Pennsylvania

On 6/11/09 we contacted this company to file a warranty claim for one of our customers who has a warranty contract. We were givin the authorization # and directions on what to do in order for the warranty company to pay their portion of this bill ($1158.49) The customer paid their portion and we faxed them our paperwork that same day. We were told that it would take 7-10 busniess day to see a payment.

On the 10th business day we called to verify when we would receive payment - we were transferred to a voicemail in the accounting department. i left a message with no return phone call. We have been calling since then with NO RETURN PHONE CALLS - on 7-9-09 i spoke to someone in the accounting department and told her not to put me into anyones voicemail - i gave her the auth # and she said a check would be mailed the next day. i waited a week and no check came so we have been calling everyday a few times a day and leaving voicemails.

We need to get paid on the services we provided!!!!
