Eagle Warranty Corporation won't pay after they authorized the job and tells lies when you do get someone to talk to. Eynon, Pennsylvania

We are a small automotive shop that did some warranty on a customer July 1, 2009.  We called Eagle Warranty and got it approved and they gave us an authorization number.  We did the work and faxed the information they wanted and waited...and waited.  We contacted them and they said the check would be cut next week.  A week goes by with no check.  We tried contacting them again with no results.  Leaving voice messages did no good and email didn't either.  They simply ignore them.   After contacting the operator and telling them we weren't going to leave another voice mail she got Nancy from accounting on the phone.  She told us that the check was being cut and even gave us a check number.....that was Aug.24 and we have not received it.             Needless to say whatever comes out of their mouths are lies and we aren't going to ever see that money.  We plan on taking this further with legal action and hope others will do the same.  This company needs to be shut down, their warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on.
