East Coast Deals Outlet info@eastcoastdealsoutlet.com and they advertised with Shopify (support@shopify.com placed an order for 2 fingerlings on 11/4 and charged me for them. Never received product and now site is down and can not go thru email address. Internet

Purchased 2 fingerlings for $35.90. Ordered accepted and confirmed. When I did not receive anything or a response I contacted them by email and they responded they were working on order and I would be notified and given a tracking number. When I did not get any response I tried to notify them again only to find the website was down and now the email address undeliverable.  On their page if suggested Shopify to be contacted if you are the owner, but I contacted them anyway. Only to be told they are not responsible for the acts of yhe companies that advertise on their site.
