on November 17, 2017, I ordered a Baby Monkey fingerling (toy). They took 19.95 from my account.

I have never received the item. When you go online to their site (eastcoastdealsoutlet) It now says unavailable.

The same thing happened to my neighbor.

I have a print out of my order with a confirmation number.
