Ordered the fingerling Monkey on live on Nov 7,2017  on Nov 20, 2017 I emailed the company as to where products is as they had taken money from my account.... and have not yet heard back from them, no product recevied as of this daet 12-14-17.  Lesson learned, would like to have refund if this is even an option
