On November 8th of 2017 I ordered a fingerling Mia monkey (order #5596) and haven't received the order but my credit card paid them on November 8. I have sent them 2 emails inquiring about my order and have not received any kind of response from them.

The first email I sent on the same day I ordered (the 8th) asking if the order would be here by Christmas--no response. The second email I sent on November 27th and still no response.

Now when I go to the web site it comes up that it is down right no and will be back.

I will be contacting my credit card company to see what resourses I have to try to get my money back.
