east coast deals outlet placed an order on 11/06/2017. they charged my checking acct, never recieved any updates or the merchandise i ordered

i purchased a christmas item from east coat deals outlet, on 11/0612017.  it was called a fingerling momkey toy. cost 17.95 i was thrilled i was able to get this item for my great grand daughter for xmas.  they said the item was in stock. the order number was 4931.  they thanked me for my order, confirmed the order fullfilled on 11/29/2017. told me that updates would be sent to my email at booper@ptd.net. 

they had a phone number that you could reach them at 1-352-470-0593    i called this numerous times with the answering machine saying that i reached a google subscriper that is not available  and to leave a message. that i did over and over with no call backs from them. they said if we needed to contact them to use this phone number or to email them at info@eastcoastdealsoutlet.com. i never head from anyone on the order i placed.
