I wish I had checked this website before ordering 150 boxes Guylian seashell chocolate for wedding favors.I ordered the candy in Nov 2005,to be delivered by April 28, 2006, because the price was really great. They immediately cashed my check for $247.66

I called two weeks before my order was to be sent a man answered and said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and I have been unsuccessful reaching them since. My husband sent a separate email and got a reply that they would send the order on time and that they send out hundreds of orders to satisfied customers.
May 2nd no candy had arrived so I sent a written letter to Karen stating I wanted a refund, otherwise I would report them to the Office of Consumer Affairs for the State of New Jersey. She replied within two days that I would be mailed a full refund.

Its now May 13th and I am taking legal action through a prominent NYC attorney. Maybe that will get their attention and my refund. Buyer Beware DO NOT Deal with this Fraudulent company. Their prices ARE too good to be true.

Thanks to RipOffreport.com I read other complaints and learned the only way to get their attention is to put RUSH ORDER or ORDER QUOTE in the email subject line.
