ECOWATER BEWARE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL Water Softening System ripoff Internet

If you're looking for a water softening system, just beware. We bought from ECOWATER four years ago and our system has been nothing but problems. Worse yet, calling ECOWATER corporate doesn't solve your problems. They direct you to the DEALER that you bought it from since "you're doing business with the dealer" not ECOWATER.

Watch out. Because all the dealers use dba's and our just individual contractors, your experience will depend on your dealer. The los angeles area is handled by ONE DEALER! (and our experience with him has been atrocious!) Their most recent dealer was in Glendale, but for some reason, they've already gotten rid of them. (We tried to work with them too - but they were not educated about the product and only charged us fees for doing nothing - I'm not surprised they're no longer a dealer)

Overall, our experience has been going on for four years running with Sales Manager from MN (ECOWATER corporate) and VP of the MARMON GROUP (their parent company ). And to no avail. We still own a machine that works sporadically. Our dishes/glasses are getting cloudy. Our shower heads are limed up. We've already had numerous service calls and the machine has been replaced for a third time already.

Please - go somewhere...go anywhere...but ECOWATER is not the place to spend your hard earned dollars. (and believe me, you'll spend a lot with them)
