Ecowater If you have a water well, don't let these people near your house Lubbock Texas

I had EcoWater change the filter on my water well system.  They turned off my water, but forgot to turn off my well pump. When the filter was changed there was no water and the well pump had failed. My reseach says to never tuun the water off at a valve without turning off the pump also. The owner " David Joslin " denied any responsibility and would have me believe it was pure coincidence my pump failed during the 5 minutes it took to change the filter. I reported them to the BBB, and since then Mr. Joslin has called me numerous times ( for what I don't know ) he says he wants to come to my hosue ( why? ). It was all so strange I sent him a certified letter and told him NOT to call me, only written correspondence was acceptable. Someone from Ecowater called twice last week and today I get a voice mail from EcoWater telling me I need filter change.??? Joslin lied on my receipt, said " they couldn't test the water after the filter change because I had to leave." No, there was no water! Joslin also lied to the BBB about several issues. Will be collecting my phone records to take to the local PD and file a report for harassment.
