Ed Bozarth Failed to honor agreement / promise for warrany repairs. false promises Grand Jct. Colorado

A couple of years ago, I bought a 2000 astro van.
while the van was under warranty, I had clunking noise in the driver door, when the power window was operated.

I took the van to Ed Bozarth to have it repaired. The shop said they could not hear anything, so I went out to the van and listened again...it was still doing it.

I went back in to talk to them, and asked "since the warranty is nearly expired, will you honor this repair later, when the failure occurs?". The service advisor said "yes, let me make a note in the computer about this".

A couple of months later, the power window AND lock on the driver door completly failed. I took the van in, as per our agreement, but was told "you waited too long- it's out of warranty by almost a thousand miles, I can't honor THAT!"

I have since tried to contact GM and Bozarth, with NO response.
They must think i'll just "go away" and forget the whole thing.
And while I may "go away", I will NEVER forget it.

by the way, my new Z-71 was having lots of problems too.
