I ordered the trial offer from Mineral Elements by Eden and was aware that the offer ended and the product had to be returned within ten days. I never received the products. When I called the company, they said they were not responsible for me not receiving the product and charged my checking account $130.41. They are refusing to give me a refund because I did not fulfill the terms of the offer- which is impossible since I never received the product.
