I ordered the NEW 7" Mini Netbook Laptop Notebook WIFI Windows Black Price: $99.99 plus the $3.00 for 3-5 day shipping, and the $2.90 processing on Nov 29th 2010... It is now December 10th 2010 and I checked out the website for the shipping information which shows: Order Number (Click For Receipt) Order Date Payment Status Shipping Status Order Total Customer Service Notes 145164 Re-Order 11/29/2010 8:25:21 AM Payment Method: CREDITCARD CAPTURED Not Yet Shipped $105.89 None So I call the 877-345-6225 for customer service and the outgoing announcement says: we are currently experiencing heavy call volumes and all agents are busy assisting other customers at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you, please call back at another time, Good Bye and hung up on me. I tried their online chat and after 45 minutes of waiting these messages finally stopped: Please wait for a site operator to respond. All operators are currently assisting others. I then decided to research and see if this purchase was a scam too many results populated telling me that YES this was in fact a scam. I am now filing a report to the BBB and Complaintsboard.com If this isnt resolved by the end of business today, the complaints are going in.
