ELAN FINANCIAL False reporting 30 day late/reprted 2 false 30 day late Irving Texas

Elan Financial services my Credit card for Comerica bank.They are claiming I was 30 days late for a $32 payment in June 2016.I was never late.NEVER.I hired an attorney since Elan fincancial would not talk to me on the phone or help me.This false 30 day late dropped my FICO score 40 points.I made several attempts to contact Elan over a 1 year period.Each time they were more rude and more unhelpful.At one point they stopped reporting my account to the Experian,Transunino and Equifax,because they said I was bothering them.After 1 year of struggling and argiung with Elan,My attorney was able to get the damaging 30 day late removed.The negative was finally removed by August 2017.2 Weeks later Elan put the 30 day derogatory back on.It now looks like a NEW 30 day late.I NOW have dropped another 40 points and I cannot get a loan or a new line of credit with any bank becasue it looks like a NEW 30 day late.It is infact the same one from 2016.This is FRUAD

it is unethical and heartless.I have had to retian my attorney again and now I have spent over $5,000 on a $32 late payment.ELan fincncial is PURE evil.They ruin peoples credit fir NO reason.I have NEVER been late.MY account with Elan is at a Zero balance yet they are stilltrying to RUIN my credit.
