bought a car from them, two weeks later it starts to break down. I called them to report it ,said it wasn't covered in the warranty I paid extra for , for me to take it to their shop and I would be individually charge for that i took it to my own shop to save money . 2 months later something else broke ,try to take it back to the dealership to tell them I don't want the car anymore the dealership has shut down completely call to file a complaint no one ever picked up the phone or got a call backso here I am a single mother with the scent of medical problemsand I barely have a car to drive don't have the money to fix it can't believe they would do this but I'm one week late and they're trying to repo it send threatening messages to my references telling them they better send the money or they're going to come get my car. i would never work with this company again!! be warned

Perhaps no one explained how used car sales work or perhaps you just didn't bother reading what you were signing. I don't know. But a used car is sold AS IS!!! What YOUR tale of woe tells me is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE SIGNING!!!! You signed a piece of paper that states the vehicle is sold AS IS. ANY warranty implied or overt will ONLY cover limited issues. While Im sure it makes you feel better to rant online about your vehicle purchase, there is a reality here that you are ignoring iin favor of playing a better victim. That reality is that YOU FAILED on YOUR end. Did YOU take this vehicle to a TRUSTED mechanic to have it looked over BEFORE you made the purchase?? No probably not. Did YOU get ANYTHING in writing that states that ANY problem that pops up is covered by THEM or the WARRANTY?? No, more then likely not. Did YOU take someone with you who is knowledgable about vehicles that could advise you on what problems THEY see?? These are all things YOU needed to do to protect yourself. I would suggest that no matter WHO you go through on your next vehicle purchase, that you try and follow these three actions. It will protect you so YOU don't end up in this boat again.
