 Perhaps no one explained how used car sales work or perhaps you just didn't bother reading what you were signing. I don't know. But a used car is sold AS IS!!! What YOUR tale of woe tells me is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE SIGNING!!!! You signed a piece of paper that states the vehicle is sold AS IS. ANY warranty implied or overt will ONLY cover limited issues. While Im sure it makes you feel better to rant online about your vehicle purchase, there is a reality here that you are ignoring iin favor of playing a better victim. That reality is that YOU FAILED on YOUR end. Did YOU take this vehicle to a TRUSTED mechanic to have it looked over BEFORE you made the purchase?? No probably not. Did YOU get ANYTHING in writing that states that ANY problem that pops up is covered by THEM or the WARRANTY?? No, more then likely not. Did YOU take someone with you who is knowledgable about vehicles that could advise you on what problems THEY see?? These are all things YOU needed to do to protect yourself. I would suggest that no matter WHO you go through on your next vehicle purchase, that you try and follow these three actions. It will protect you so YOU don't end up in this boat again.
