Elect Group Elect Group offered incorrect info, lied about "resubmitting", and no refund. Deerfield Florida

We were contacted in Feb 2009 by Elect group to help us lower our interest rates. We were not behind on our mortgage but we did pay high interest rates. Our mortgage company was not wanting to lower them at that time. Angelo Riddell promised he could help us. We sent in all the required information and waited. I contacted Elect group weekly, at least, to check on progress. In late April/first of May, we got tired of being told it was being reviewed, so I contacted my lender. Aurora told me that they rejected the modification because my financials were not adequate. Aurora and I reviewed the information given to them by Elect and found many errors, this was not the information I gave to Elect. Aurora and I worked through the process and came up with a modification, now that we were 2 months behind. I called James Lowe at Elect and he was astounded that I spoke with Aurora, trying to tell me that Elect was going to resubmit my information. When I asked what information he was going to provide, the accurate or inaccurate, he told me that they had sent the accurate info. James and I reviewed the information he had with what I sent. He confirmed that there were errors and told me he would put it in for review for refund but it would take 10-14 days. I called everyday to check up. After 3 weeks I was told to talk to the owner "Kevin". Kevin had no answer, he would need to review it all and get back to me. Needless to say, I can't get ahold of Kevin or James. I call at least twice daily and only get voice mails. We are out $1200.00.
