Embrace Visa targets the elderly and people who are trying honestly to repair their credit. They entise them with promises of repaired credit and the ability to re-establish themselves.

Many times elderly citizens become overwhelmed by credit cards and credit cards offers. Then, before they know it they are over their heads, owning more than Socail Sercuity pays them.

Along comes Embrace Visa with "the answer to their problem", they promise to get them out of debt and restore "their good name". They are bogus. They take the money, never applying it to the orginial debt.
