empire today install flooring for a 1200 sq ft area, that cost me 8,000.00. the job was not completed because after installing the floor they realize that the wall mount and the stair nose were of a different color. after numerous phone calls, and rude customer service i got the run around. finally another day empire said that they would paint the wood and install it, its now been 3 months since a heard from them. i call serval days ago and told empire to removed the floor, and install one that have the same color as the wall mount, being that the other floor wall is discontinue. the floor has a 25 yrs gurentee and it starches.

AGAIN I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EMPIRE I GUESS I WILL WAIT ANOTHER 6 MONTHS

i took off from work twice and empire never came after calling me at 7;00AM THAT THEY WILL BE HERE IN AN HOUR IN A HALF. IN WHICH WE WAITED ALL DAY FOR THEM. THERESA TOOK OFF IN WHICH SHE LOST $320.OO FOR THAT DAY OF WORK. ON FRIDAY EMPIRE CALL AGAIN AT 8:00AM THAT THEY WERE COMING AT ABOUT 9;30am it was 1:30pm and we had not heard from them, i call empire and no one know anything.the driver then call me at 2;30PM AND SAID I WILL BE THERE AT 3:15PM I HAD A JOB IN QUEENS. WE WAITED ALL DAY AND EMPIRE NEVER CAME OR CALL, UNTIL MONDAY AT 12:00PM WITHOUT NOTICE. THERESA WAS HOME GETTING READY TO GO TO WORK, SHE CALL ME AND SAID EMPIRE IS HERE TO INSTALL THE WALL MOUNTS, AFTER WAITING ALMOST 6 MONTHS I CAN NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF LETTING THEM GO, SO I TAKE A CHANCE AT WORK AND TOLD MY BOSS I HAD AN EMERGENCY AT HOME. THAT DAY I COULDN"T EVEN SLEPT NOT KNOWING IF I HAD A JOB THE NEXT DAY. AFTER ALL THE EFFORT AGAIN EMPIRE HAD SOME WALLMOUNT OF DIFFRENT COLORS AND THE STAIR NOSE WAS NEVER INSTALL BECAUSE AGAIN THE COLORS DIDNOT MATCH. I ASK THE INSTALLER DON'T YOU CHECK INSIDE THE BOX TO SEE IF THE COLOR OR PRODUCT IS CORRECT HE SAID NO THE BOXES WERE MISS LABLE. SO AGAIN I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EMPIRE I GUESS I WILL WAIT ANOTHER 6 MONTHS TO FINSH MY FLOOR. MANY COSTERMERS E-MAIL ME WHO ARE CONSIDERING A CLASS ACTION SUE, I WILL CONSIDER THIS IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVE THIS YEAR,ALSO I SPOKE TO MR WILLIAMS ABOUT BEING COMPESATED FOR WAITING ALMOST 6 MONTHS TO FINISH THE INSTALLIN THE WOOD FLOORS AND LOST OF PAID.

I TOOK FROM WORK TWICE IN WHICH EMPIRE CAN ME AT 8:OOAM AND SAID THAT WILL BE HERE IN 1 HOUR ANF HALF, AND IT WAS 1:30PM AND NO ONE CALL OR CAN TO THE HOUSE AT 2:30PM AFTER I CALL EMPIRE THE DRIVER CALL AND SAID I WILL BE THERE AT 3;15pm i had a job in queens.the driver never call after that and v=never came to my house. that was on a friday on monday afternoon they can without notice in which my frend terry was home getting ready to go to work, she call me at work and said to thew empire was there and will will take them a few hours to install the wall mounts. i had to leave work as an emgency and hope that i had a job the next day. i couldn't even slept that night. anyway after all that the installers had the wrong color stair nose and some wall
